PURCHASE

PayPal approval creates monthly auto-renewing access only after a verified activation event.

UPGRADE / DOWNGRADE

Plan changes require PayPal consent. Existing access remains until PayPal confirms the new plan.

CANCEL

Cancellation is immediate and immediately ends protected DecaCap access. It stops future renewal.

REFUNDS + TAX

Refunds are reviewed through Support and do not automatically cancel the subscription. Any taxes shown by PayPal are charged at checkout.
