Report a site-content concern
Use Support, choose “Copyright concern,” and provide your name and contact information, identification of the copyrighted work, the exact DecaCap page or asset involved, an explanation of the concern, and your physical or electronic signature.
User exports
Files exported from a private Workbench are controlled and distributed by that user outside the DecaCap public site. DecaCap support can investigate account or platform misuse, but it cannot remove a third-party copy that it does not host.
Private material
Never send copyrighted manuscripts, provider secrets, passwords, or local pairing tokens through a support or feedback form. Provide only the minimum information needed to identify and investigate the issue.
