Choose one outcome, assign bounded roles, and run a coherent staged board.

Complete the task
Open the Workflow Architect and choose the closest outcome
Select Solo for independent parallel work or Collaboration for ordered handoffs
Assign one primary role and optional support role per active box
Make every stage consume the accepted prior stage instead of restarting
Download the configuration or recreate it in the Workbench
In Collaboration, define supervisor review and final synthesis rules
Run a short acceptance test before adding a large source file
